Hey, what happened to May’s Game of the Month?
April 2008 marked my 100th Game of the Month. I figured that I’d take May off. Now it’s June and my personal schedule is outrageously busy. Consequently, I’m not putting up a Game of the Month for June either.
However, I do have a free game to point you at: Stench of Death. It’s by Víctor Hugo Valdez Soto, a nifty guy in Mexico. It’s a zombie game that uses custom cards. You can find the rules at http://www.coldinside.org/escargot/sodgame/product/stench_of_death_game_rules_02_2008.txt and the cards at http://www.coldinside.org/escargot/sodgame/product/stench_of_death_pdf_cards_basic_set_02_2008.zip.
Full disclosure: I’ve been super-busy, so I haven’t fully-read the rules or played the game. Still, I like the art, and zomies are like Jell-O (There’s always room for zombies!), right?
